What we collect
When you send a request we collect your name, email, company, country or region, phone number, the domains and services you choose, and your message. To limit abuse we keep one-way hashes of your IP address and email address for rate limiting; the IP address itself is never stored.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to register and manage your domains.
Who else receives it
Our hosting provider (Vercel), database provider and email delivery provider process data on our behalf. When a domain is registered, the registrant details go to the registrar (Openprovider) and the registry for that ending, as registration rules require.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as we need to handle them and meet our record-keeping duties. Records for registered domains are kept while we manage them and for as long as registration rules require afterwards.
