PRICING
One yearly price per domain.
Registration, DNS management and daily monitoring in one yearly price, in US dollars.
- Business email setup: US$149 once per domain. Mailbox subscriptions are paid directly to your email provider.
- Moving a domain in costs one yearly price and adds a year to its registration.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Who owns the domain?
You do. The domain is registered with your details as the registrant, and you can move it to another provider at any time.
When is my card charged?
We charge the first year after you add your card and before we register. For renewals we remind you 45 days ahead and charge about 30 days before the domain expires.
What if a renewal payment fails?
We retry several times and email you a link to update your card. The domain is renewed only after a successful payment.
Can I keep my current email provider?
Yes. We configure the records for your current provider or help you set up a new one.
Which registrar do you use?
Domains are registered through Openprovider, an ICANN-accredited registrar. TwelveBirds acts as its reseller.
Do you serve customers in mainland China?
Not at the moment. We serve customers internationally and in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.
